Eunomia Framework treats public policy like software: constitutional constraints are encoded as core rules and every policy module must compile against them before publication.

Constraint compiler for governance: every proposal is validated for non-contradiction, fiscal clarity, and incentive alignment before it can move forward.

Architecture layers

  • Core layer (Constitution Engine): immutable principles for freedom constraints, reciprocity norms, fiscal honesty, and anti-capture safeguards.
  • Policy module layer: standardized schema with problem definition, principle dependencies, financing flow, failure-mode analysis, metrics, and sunset/renewal logic.
  • Adversarial review layer: structured left/right/center counterpoints that pressure-test assumptions and expose edge cases.
  • Versioning and governance layer: constitutional amendments and policy revisions are tracked to prevent silent rule drift.
